"We appreciate John's efforts in working with us prior to and after the sale was completed. He's a true professional with excellent qualities needed for the position. I'll wager that I've called him 10-20 times since we bought the unit and he always takes the time to speak with me and answer questions, provide direction, or resolve issues. I can't ask for more. It would be easy for him to simply say "Now that he closed the deal (selling us a condo) it's time to move on to the next client," but he's a better man than that.
